The business of Cafco International Ltd have been acquired by Promat International BV. Promat International, a market leader in passive fire protection and high temperature insulation, is part of the Etex Group of companies, a global organisation with over 12,000 employees and a presence in more than 34 countries.
The acquisition will establish a strong market offering with synergies in product development, opportunities for cooperation in joint sales and will facilitate further geographical expansion worldwide. Cafco has built a world-wide reputation for market-leading products in the field of sprayed fire protection and will complement Promat's existing brands.
